Where we work
Electrician service areas across the San Fernando Valley
We are a licensed C-10 electrical contractor based in Canoga Park, working across the Valley on panel upgrades, EV chargers, sub-panels, rewires and repairs — with no solar required.
Most of the Valley is served by the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and permitted through the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety. Burbank is the exception — it is its own incorporated city with its own utility and its own building division, which changes both the process and the timeline.
Electrician in Canoga Park
Canoga Park is largely postwar tract housing, and a lot of it still runs on the original service. Permitted through LADBS; utility is LADWP.
Electrician in Woodland Hills
Woodland Hills splits between flat postwar tracts and hillside homes south of Ventura Boulevard. Permitted through LADBS; utility is LADWP.
Electrician in Chatsworth
Chatsworth mixes postwar tracts with larger semi-rural lots on the north and west edges. Permitted through LADBS; utility is LADWP.
Electrician in Winnetka
Winnetka is dense postwar tract housing, much of it built in the same 1950s wave as neighboring Canoga Park and Reseda. Permitted through LADBS; utility is LADWP.
Electrician in Reseda
Reseda is one of the Valley's older postwar neighborhoods, with a large share of single-story homes from the late 1940s through the 1950s. Permitted through LADBS; utility is LADWP.
Electrician in Northridge
Northridge is unusual in the Valley because of how much of it was repaired or rebuilt after the 1994 earthquake. Permitted through LADBS; utility is LADWP.
Electrician in West Hills
West Hills skews newer than most of the west Valley, with a lot of 1960s and 70s construction and some later development. Permitted through LADBS; utility is LADWP.
Electrician in Sherman Oaks
Sherman Oaks runs from flats near the freeway up into the hills south of Ventura Boulevard. Permitted through LADBS; utility is LADWP.
Electrician in Encino
Encino has larger lots and a lot of mid-century ranch homes, many of them since renovated. Permitted through LADBS; utility is LADWP.
Electrician in Tarzana
Tarzana is mostly 1950s and 60s construction, with hillside properties on the south side. Permitted through LADBS; utility is LADWP.
Electrician in Van Nuys
Van Nuys has some of the oldest housing stock in the Valley, with neighborhoods dating to the 1930s and 40s alongside postwar tracts. Permitted through LADBS; utility is LADWP.
Electrician in Studio City
Studio City is heavily hillside, with homes from the 1930s through the 1950s on steep lots. Permitted through LADBS; utility is LADWP.
Electrician in Burbank
Burbank has a well-preserved older core — 1920s and 30s bungalows near the center of town — plus substantial postwar development further out. Permitted through Burbank's Community Development Department; utility is Burbank Water and Power.
